Following a jury trial in the Western District of Texas, VIA won its patent infringement case against RideCo. The jury found that RideCo infringed 3 of Via’s patents and awarded damages to Via. The judge also ruled that Via’s patents were not invalid as a matter of law. Via also prevailed against RideCo’s counterclaims.
