Attorneys Steve Wingard, Asher Griffin and Steve McConnico obtained a favorable settlement for their client in a well blowout lawsuit after a week of trial in Reeves County, Texas. The three attorneys brought the products liability lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiff after the plaintiff’s gas well blew out. They argued that the blowout preventer failed to seal the well during a pressure kick.
