Steve McConnico will participate in the American College of Trial Lawyers’ first ever CLE program titled “Ethics in Litigation: A Radically Different Approach.” The seminar is a full day mock trial  demonstration including a twelve person jury and panel discussion following the jury verdict.  Steve will cross examine plaintiff’s expert for Defendant and present the direct examination of defendant’s expert.  The seminar takes place September 28, 2017 at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, Texas.  Additional information will be forthcoming from ACTL in the near future.
