Scott Douglass & McConnico’s annual seminar provides an overview of current Railroad Commission rules and procedures, related litigation issues, and other oil, gas and energy issues that are useful to attorneys, engineers, geologists, landmen, and others whose business brings them in contact with the Railroad Commission of Texas, the General Land Office or the Public Utilities Commission.

We and the ATT Conference Center are taking cautionary measures to ensure the safety of all attendees. All attendees will be required to wear a face covering, except while seated at tables in the ballroom. Seating is spaced to allow adequate social distancing between guests.
