After a week-long jury trial in federal court in Waco, the jury returned a verdict in favor of SDM’s client, awarding the exact dollar amount requested.  The nearly $18M verdict is the result of a patent infringement suit filed in 2020 against Asustek.

Paige Amstutz, along with a trial team from Dorsey & Whitney, tried the case to the jury before Judge Alan D Albright.
