The Supreme Court of the United States granted the petition for a writ of certiorari to review Gunn v. Minton. The issue is whether federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear state law legal malpractice claims that arise out of patent matters. The Court will hear argument in early 2013. The case is docketed as No. 11-1118.
