Robby joined the firm after a one-year clerkship with Judge Alan D. Albright of the United States District Court of the Western District of Texas.
During the Summer of 2020, Robby served as a Law Clerk for Disability Rights Texas, where he advocated for Texans with disabilities through litigation and administrative work including compiling a 50-state survey of ADA state law analogues, drafting letters to Texas hospitals regarding their discriminatory COVID-19 policies, and writing briefs in response to a discriminatory policy enacted by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
